Riverdrive is a guidance system consisting of studs applied to the surface of conveyor belts. They are primarily used in the ceramics industry and under inclined motion conditions. Thanks to the rounded shape of the guiding studs, the product's movement in the compartments is smooth and low-noise. The centering studs for conveyor belts are made of self-lubricating and wear-resistant plastic material, available in diameters of 12 mm and 18 mm. The stud pitch should be determined based on the diameter of the roller they will be working on to avoid the polygon effect during the winding phase.
