FLEXIBLE FOOD-GRADE TPU DETECTABLE SHEETS
Description
Eterdect Are flexible polyurethane sheets suitable for food contact and detectable by metal detector. Used to line hoppers, chutes, bulkheads, and as side containment bibs, they are meant to cushion shocks and thus protect the conveyed product. They have all certifications required for food use in accordance with European regulations. They can be 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm thick with hardnesses of 72 Sh. 82 Sh. and 92 Sh. They can also be made in a double-sided Eterdect BF version where the sheet is subject to wear on both sides. Standard sheet colors are gray and light blue. Double-sided food-grade sheets can only be supplied shaped to drawing and they operate optimally under controlled temperature and humidity conditions (as do all polyurethane sheets).

Description
Silkdect are flexible silicone sheets suitable for food contact and traceable by metal detector. These silicone sheets are mostly used in the food packaging industry due to their traceability features. They can be produced in two different colors. In the white version, the tractable part is placed in the inner area of the sheet. In the blue version, the traceable part is evenly distributed over the entire thickness of the product.

DETECTABLE POLYURETHANE SLEEVES FOR FOOD CONTACT
Description
Sleedect sono una gamma di manicotti flessibili in poliuretano realizzati utilizzando la lastra Eterdect. I Manicotti in poliuretano detectabile sono idonei al contatto con alimenti e rintracciabili da metal detector. Sono producibili con tre finiture superficiali differenti, versione liscia VL per il convogliamento di polveri e granuli, versione rettificata RE per il convogliamento di gas e versione improntata a tela grossa TH per il convogliamento di alimenti surgelati. I diametri dei manicotti in TPU sono standardizzati nei formati da 123 mm, 148 mm, 178 mm, 198 mm e 218 mm.
